There can be situations in which Internet Explorer does not load when attempting to view and print the manifest.
You should attempt the following steps to repair:
- Restart the computer.
- Disable all anti-virus and spyware software.
Internet Explorer itself may have a memory error which is resolved simply by rebooting.
After all is working again, be sure to re-activate your anti-virus software and check the report again to see if it is working. If not, then the anti-virus software is somehow interfering with the loading of the report. The Booking Agent must then be given perrmission to do so from your anti-virus software.
