Saved preferences in web reports disappearing

Several web reports including the manifest and cash out report have custom preferences.

These settings can be lost if the browser is set to block or delete cookies.

To ensure the saved preferences will remain session to session:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools > Internet Options.
  3. In the General tab, uncheck Delete browsing history on exit.
  4. In the Programs tab, click the Make default button if enabled.
  5. Close Internet Explorer.
